BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Political analyst Michael Caputo joined anchor Dave Greber via Zoom on News 4 at 10 on Tuesday to discuss his time working in the Soviet Union and his memories of the late Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev.
Gorbachev died at the age of 91 on Tuesday.
