The DC Theatricks Building in the Theater District is on fire. Buffalo Fire crews are at the scene of the four-alarm fire with heavy black smoke in the downtown area. Chris Jacobs purchased 743 Main Street for $1.3 million in December adding to his Theater District holdings. The three-story building contains 33,000 sq.ft. of space. Work crews have been seen gutting the building in recent weeks.
The Main Street section of the property has 6,600 sq.ft. floors with 12′-15′ ceiling heights and a full basement. The Washington Street portion is one-story with approximately 6,400 sq.ft. and is clear span with a 28-foot domed ceiling.
