On Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Buffalo Rising will once again welcome guests to the esteemed Statler Hotel for the 10th Annual Witches Ball, beckoning attendees to an evening filled with mystery, music, and magic.
Over the past decade, the Witches Ball has solidified its position as one of Buffalo’s most anticipated annual events. This gathering, spread over five stages and hosting 2,000 attendees, showcases an impressive array of local talent, with musicians, DJs, dancers, psychics, and performing artists.
For the team at Buffalo Rising, the Witches Ball is more than just an event; it represents our commitment to supporting and highlighting our region’s unique cultural fabric. Halloween is a time to celebrate the strange, mysterious, and magical. It allows us to delve into our deepest fears and desires, and welcomes all to dive into the macabre, exploring themes of mortality and the supernatural that (for some) are set aside in everyday life.
At Buffalo Rising, as we gear up for our 20th year of publishing in 2024, it’s essential for us to emphasize how deeply connected our journey has been with the revitalization and rebirth of WNY. We want to underscore our gratitude for the role our community has played in both Buffalo Rising’s and our region’s journey.
In fact, a significant portion of the ticket sales from the Witches Ball ensures Buffalo Rising can continue offering free, impactful content to our valued readers.
