An Elmwood Avenue apartment building is finishing up renovations with a porch reconstruction. North Rockingham Properties renovated the four-unit building in 2021 and added two additional apartments in the attic.
To cap the work, the two-story front porch is being replaced and reconstructed this year. The 4,784 sq.ft. building is adjacent to The Lofts @ 1020 mixed-use development.
