Director, Community Engagement & Equity Initiatives
As Director, Community Engagement & Equity Initiatives at Buffalo Niagara Partnership, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Employ Buffalo Niagara Community Coalition (Coalition) and its Executive Committee. The Coalition is the most comprehensive and diverse table of workforce practitioners in Western New York. An employer-led initiative of the BNP, the Coalition brings the private and public sectors, education and training partners, and workforce intermediaries together to share their employment challenges, and find solutions that address barriers to economic mobility for the under and unemployed in our region.
