BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An Elmwood Village playground had its official grand opening ceremony Saturday.
The playground was designed to improve physical and social development. The opening ceremony featured mobile attractions from the Buffalo Zoo, the Buffalo Library and the Buffalo Art Museum.
