Ibrahim Khalil is seeking to purchase 1391 Broadway from the City to construct a small office building. The 900 sq.ft., single-story building would include six off-street parking spaces in the rear. Khalil owns a parcel at 1387 Broadway that would be part of the development site.
The project site is east of the former School 44 located at 1349 Broadway. That structure is being converted into 82 units of affordable housing.
