Lancaster man pleads guilty to new child pornography charge after allegedly kissing 9-year-old

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Lancaster man has pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography following a 2023 incident in which he allegedly kissed a 9-year-old, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.

Officials said on June 9 and 10, 2023, 30-year-old Christopher Gostick kissed a 9-year-old minor victim on the lips while attending a sleepover birthday party. Police officers responded to the residence and took possession of his tablet and cell phones.

On one cell phone, members of law enforcement said they found a video of the victim using the bathroom while another cell phone allegedly uncovered a Snapchat conversation between Gostick and a different victim. During the conversation, Gostick allegedly posed as an 11-year-old and had the 10-year-old send him a sexually explicit video.
