The revised plan calls for 63 affordable housing units a reduction from the previously proposed 83 units. The four-story Fine Arts Community Center will include art galleries, a multipurpose banquet space, studios, and upper floor apartments. The 19,920 sq.ft. Lion Brewery building will include residential and commercial space. Sixty-five parking spaces are proposed along with a community garden, multi-purpose spaces and a new playground. A small commercial building at the Jefferson and Best corner would be demolished under the new plan.
The project carries a $50 million price tag.
