Officials announce indictment for shooting that killed 3-year-old

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Local officials announced the indictment of two people responsible for the Domedion Avenue shooting Friday night that left a 3-year-old dead.

Erie County District Attorney Michael Keane, Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown and Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia spoke from the district attorney’s office library.

3-year-old Ramone Carter was killed in the shooting while attending an outdoor family gathering and his 7-year-old sister was injured.
