A multi-family structure at 529 Franklin Street in the Allentown Historic District that many feared was doomed is in line for redevelopment. Marc Antecki is working with Sutton Architecture on plans to restore the building which is in rough shape. The Preservation Board will review the plans today which include removing a rear portion of the structure.
Four apartments are planned including a three-bedroom unit in the basement, a two-bedroom plus den unit on the first floor, a two-bedroom unit on the second floor, and a large one-bedroom plus den on the third floor.
