ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — As bars and restaurants enjoy their first weekend without a curfew, the to-go alcohol executive order is supposed to expire on Saturday.

Alcohol-to-go extended into June

However, sources tell News 4’s sister station NEWS10 ABC the state plans to extend the alcohol to-go order beyond June 5. No word on how long it will be extended.

It was originally extended to June 5 in the middle of March.
