BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Sitting at a desk all day could be bad for your back. So, Tuesday morning, we were joined by Dr. Elizabeth Betancourt and Dustin Keicher from Infinity Wellness.

They showed us some stretches to help people relieve tension.
