13 undocumented immigrants arrested in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Thirteen undocumented immigrants were arrested during traffic stops in the area of Tifft Street and Route 5 on Monday, according to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

A spokesperson with CBP said that the individuals were arrested during “simultaneous traffic stops for immigration inspections” by agents on patrol in the area.

WIVB is working to learn more about the arrests, while the CBP said the investigation is still ongoing.
