In tandem with American Craft Beer Week, the Full Circle Festival will be held at Knox Farm State Park on Saturday, May 20, from 2 pm to 6 pm. This festival will feature over 20 breweries, meaderies, and cideries, at one of the most idyllic settings in Western NY. The craft producers will be offering samplings of their latest, and most coveted creations.
All of these vendors hail from New York State, and each incorporates agricultural ingredients sourced from across the State.
Tickets to the festival include:
Sampling from each craft producer
Live music from one of Buffalo’s favorite bluegrass bands, “The Brothers Blue”
Agriculture vendors
A souvenir tasting glass
An annual pig roast
“This is always one of our favorite events of the year and to host it at the historic stables at Knox Farm makes it even more special,” stated John Cimperman, 42 North’s Founder. “If you want to experience the best of the region’s farm-to-pint products, this is the event to attend,” Cimperman added.
