There are plenty of winter activities underway at The Ice @ Canalside, including broomball, sled hockey, skating, and curling, not to mention The Igloos @ The Ice (lead image).
While these activities all take place throughout the winter, there are also some singular events to look forward to, including Ice Fest Weekend, which kicks off on Friday January 13. Altogether, there will be a solid three days of fun winter activities, including a silent disco, an ice bar, and ice sculptures. The wide-ranging events are considered family friendly, and inclusive in nature. Here’s a quick look at the line-up:
Friday January 13th – silent disco skate, presented by SE2 – from 6-10PM
Saturday January 14th – starting at 4PM – will include an ice bar, live ice carving demonstration, ice sculptures and a DJ
Sunday January 15th will be a family day, which will include a princess skate with Anna and Elsa from 11AM-1PM, and a hot chocolate ice bar
