Anthem: A Solstice Art Portal, Open Studio & Tea Party

‘Tis the season to dream of skiing, ice skating, hot cocoa, and gift giving. It’s also the time of year to think about preparing for the Winter Solstice – the longest night of the year. This is the time of year to think all about the previous year, while setting our sights on the year to come.

As a way to help people to get into the spirit of the Winter Solstice, Tara Bystran (Snowy Owl Tea) is hosting Anthem: A Solstice Art Portal, Open Studio & Tea Party.

“Sip tea and peruse healing portraits and portals by candle-light. The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year, a time to look deep into what has healed us and what we need to leave behind to evolve. Experience a body of painted and built work by Buffalo-based artist Tara Bystran and their healing portraits, featuring gilded scars turned into sigils of strength.” – Snowy Owl Tea
