Big Deal: Waterfront Townhome Sells for $2.5 million

A three-level townhome at 48 Waterfront Circle has sold for $2.5 million.  The 5,544 sq.ft. unit was constructed in 2002, one of five in a building located between the Gull Landing and Rivermist developments in Waterfront Village.  The residence includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, boat dock, and a two-car garage. It is the highest priced condominium sale in the city to date.

Patricia L. Belanger Living Trust sold the unit to 48 Waterfront Circle LLC on Friday.  Patricia Belanger purchased the property in 2004 for $650,000. From the Emprise Realty Group LLC Listing:
