A new residence is taking shape at 130 Depew Avenue. Custom home builder Jurek Builders is constructing the residence for property owners Steven Elwell and Breanna Pugh. A circa 1920, 2,581 sq.ft. residence on the site was demolished in 2018 and Elwell and Push purchased the property in 2020 for $277,500.
According to building permits, the two-story residence has an attached garage, detached pool house, inground pool and covered patio. Square footage was not provided but the value on the permit was listed at $1.5 million.
