Work continues on Rosie’s Handcrafted Ice Cream shop at 486-88 West Utica Street in the Five Points neighborhood. An existing, 2,700 sq.ft. building on the site, previously used for storage, is being renovated and an addition to the rear will house a walk-in cooler and freezer. The handcrafted ice cream shop has a location in East Aurora. The city site will serve craft beer and cocktails as well.
The renovations will restore the front facade to its historic character. A parking lot will be constructed at the rear of the building.
