Severyn Development has two new multi-family residential buildings underway in the Oxford Triangle neighborhood. The side-by-side structures are located at 1017 and 1021 Lafayette Avenue just west of Main Street.
The residences include front and rear covered porches. The first floor features an open kitchen and great room, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a half-bath. A master bedroom, second bedroom, laundry room and a full bath are located on the second level.
A one-bedroom, 600 sq.ft. second unit is located on the garden level and accessed from a rear porch. Carriage houses are also planned behind each structure.
The structures mirror residences Severyn has built at 965 Lafayette, 219 Oxford and 30 and 34 Horton Place and across the street from 1016 Lafayette, a modern two-family residence with a carriage house.
