Rosie’s Handcrafted Ice Cream opening second location in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A new spot to grab a sweet treat is coming to the City of Buffalo this summer.

Rosie’s Handcrafted Ice Cream announced they will be opening a new location at 488 West Utica St., which is expected to open in June. It will be Rosie’s second shop, joining their popular original location in East Aurora.

To open the new shop on West Utica near Richmond Avenue, Rosie’s is renovating a “once broken-down building” and giving it new life.

“The renovated space is well on its way to being a beautiful, welcoming environment where we are looking forward to serving you more of our delicious ice cream creations,” Rosie’s said in an Instagram post.

Rosie’s said they will continue to provide updates on the new location’s progress.
