Son taken into custody after allegedly shooting father during domestic incident

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — One person is in custody after allegedly shooting his father during a domestic incident, according to Buffalo police.

Tuesday, at approximately 9:20 p.m., police said “a son” allegedly shot his father on the 200 block of South Division Street during a domestic incident. The son was taken into custody following the incident.

The ages of the son and father were not immediately made clear. The victim’s injuries appear to be non-life threatening, according to police.
