Are you a homeowner occupant in the Broadway Fillmore Historic District? How about a homeowner in a historic district in Erie or Niagara County? If so, this workshop will teach you how to take advantage of the NYS homeowner historic tax credit, which allows for reimbursement for up to 20% of eligible rehabilitation expenses at your home.

Preservation Buffalo Niagara, Preservation Studios, and Fillmore District Councilman Mitch Nowakowski’s office are hosting a Homeowner Historic Tax Credit Workshop at Eugene V. Debs Hall, 483 Peckham St., Buffalo, NY on May 29th at 6:00 PM.
