BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A tractor trailer truck driver died after suffering an apparent medical emergency while driving on Niagara Orleans County Line Road on Monday, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office said.

Police said that a truck, being driven by 59-year-old Lebert Z. Cleveland of Lancaster, was traveling southbound on County Line Road in the town of Yates when he veered off the roadway, stopping on a lawn of a residence just before 3 p.m. Monday.
