BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo Police say a West Seneca teen was shot in both legs Saturday night near the 1500 block of Broadway.
Officials tell News 4 officers responded to the call just before 10:30 p.m., and the 18-year-old boy is in stable condition at ECMC.
