UTOPIAN EUPHORIA! Pictured above are scenes from the 12th Annual “Women Who Walk In the Footsteps of Greatness” Awards event hosted by Debbie Allen and Utopian Euphoria March 19 . Officer Kimberly Beaty was the keynote speaker at the lovely gathering which honored some of the area’s most accomplished women.
