BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Early Tuesday morning, a Buffalo man was killed in a shooting on Hertel Avenue.
Buffalo police said the shooting happened just after 1 a.m. during a fight on the outside patio of Del Denby Tavern, between Parkside Avenue and Wellington Road.
The victim, who was identified as a 46-year-old, was taken to ECMC by ambulance where he was later declared deceased.
