Man accused of exposing himself to passersby in Jamestown

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police in Jamestown took an alleged exhibitionist into custody Wednesday night.

Not long before 8 p.m., officers responded to the area of Foote and Prather avenues for a report of a suspicious person.

When they got there, police say city resident Jeffrey Buchanan “was exposing his genitals” to people passing by.

Buchanan, 34, was taken into custody without incident and charged with public lewdness. Following this, he was held pending arraignment in the Jamestown city jail.
