Missing Lockport woman described as “vulnerable” by police

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police in Lockport are looking for help finding a missing woman who’s described as “vulnerable.”

Sara Morningstar, 29, was last seen this past Friday around 1:30 p.m. walking east on East Avenue.

She is 5’5″, 155 lbs. and has tattoos on her left hand and both arms. Police described them as a “Frankenstein,” “Skellington cat,” “Dracula,” “sandworm” and a “purple bird sitting on [a] pumpkin cat skull.”
