It was only a matter of time before a Bills Mafia-esque watercraft would launch at the waterfront. With all of the success of the annual Bills Mafia Boat Parade, Buffalo CycleBoats has announced its latest addition to its fleet – the new Zuba-themed Wave Wagon. The custom-built Bills Mafia Inspired party boat is designed to take the art of tailgating out onto the water. Now, Bills fans can get their kicks throughout the summer on this custom craft, which carries up to 25 passengers on a 120-minute tour through the Buffalo River, Buffalo Harbor, and Lake Erie.
“Tailgating is a culture that brings people together while toasting to the good times, and with the new Wave Wagon, fans can take the tailgate to the lake so there is no offseason,” said founder of Buffalo CycleBoats, Brandon Bove, who noted that the watercraft also features two community style tables with movable bar stools, lounge style seating in football leather, a bar cart with a built-in cooler, food storage for guest use, and a kick-ass Bluetooth sound system.
Per the rules and regulations of Buffalo CycleBoats, the Wave Wagon will be available for two-hour private tours, guided by a Master Captain and Cruise Coordinator who will captain the craft so that guests can safely enjoy their tailgating experience. As for food and beverages, guests can bring their own food and drinks (beer, wine and seltzers are permitted). The rest of the cruise components are handled by the team at Buffalo CycleBoats, making the two-hour voyage an absolute breeze.
Along with the Wave Wagon, Buffalo CycleBoats is also launching a new 6-passenger floating Tipsy Tiki Boat, complete with a custom bar, sound system, party lights and coolers for use. In recent years, the floating tiki experience has become quite popular with the locals, who get a chance to spend some quality time out on the water with friends.
Brandon says that adding these two new boats gives Buffalo more options for intimate cruises of only 6 people, or all the way up to 25 people for larger parties.
