North Tonawanda man accused of fatal Kenmore Ave. stabbing

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police have arrested a North Tonawanda man, charging him with second-degree murder.

John Rudes, 28, was accused of killing 59-year-old Buffalo resident Terry Jackson early in the morning on Sept. 17.

Police said Rudes stabbed Jackson on Kenmore Avenue, resulting in the victim dying at the scene. Authorities said he had more than one stab wound.
