Sheridan reopens after morning crash injures at least one

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — News 4 is working to learn more about a crash that seriously injured at least one person in Amherst Wednesday morning.

Around 10 a.m., Amherst police advised drivers to stay away from the area of Sheridan Drive near The Village Green. The road was closed down between there and Troy Del Way.

Shortly before 1:30 p.m., police shared an update, saying Sheridan had reopened.

News 4 will provide more information on the crash when it becomes available.
